CrashGames (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Store”) operates this website and online store for the sale of board games and related products in Canada. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, as well as all orders placed through it.

  • We do not store full credit card information on our servers. Payments are processed securely through third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments).

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier (subject to applicable law).

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Generally, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging and resalable condition (certain items may be non-returnable).

6. User Content and Reviews

By submitting reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for any purpose, including marketing.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with all laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your province of residence.
