Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date;
  • Unused and in its original packaging;
  • In resalable (new) condition;
  • With all original accessories, components, and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened board games or games with broken shrink wrap/seals;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Digital content, gift cards, or vouchers;
  • Pre-order items (after release);
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable";
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

Exceptions may be made in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your province.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover the return shipping cost and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return;
  2. Obtain return authorization (RMA) from us;
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging;
  4. Ship the return to the address provided in the RMA (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days;
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method;
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective items);
  • Restocking fee of up to 15% may apply in some cases for opened or heavily handled items (where permitted by law).

6. Exchange

We offer exchanges where possible. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement product.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order.
